Compass has co-ordinated and supervised capital work projects, tenant renovations and turnkey facility build-outs ranging from a few hundred dollars to in excess of $1 million. Capital work projects include structural/concrete repairs, lobby retrofits, lighting retrofits, elevator replacement, HVAC repairs and replacement, etc. Tenant renovations and turnkey facilities range from refreshing office space (re-carpeting & painting) to fully demolished and rebuilt spaces.
Compass will engage reputable engineers, designers, general and specialized contractors, and be the direct link between these parties and the Tenant. Compass will work to design and engineer a new space, produce and issue tender documents, award tenders and build or repair the leased premise while keeping the interests of the Landlord and Tenant top priority.
Achieving goals requires effective cost and risk management, which is gained through a hands-on approach. Compass will work closely with contractors and tenants to ensure all requirements are met or exceeded.
