About Jonathan Hartlen

Jonathan joined Compass in 2018 as Manager of Leasing & Sales Brokerage.  Throughout his sales and marketing career over the past decade, Jonathan has established relationships with a number of Compass’ tenants and has been able to utilize his skills to succeed in his role at Compass.

Jonathan comes from a background in the residential and commercial automation/security sector, and was previously the General Manager at Glubes AVU, a long-established business in Atlantic Canada, that specialized in Custom Integration. Jonathan’s move to Compass was a natural transition given his background in construction and project management.
