In 2018, after 18 years of being a privately held regional business, Compass Commercial Realty LP became a national real estate services company when it was purchased by PRO REIT, a publicly traded, open ended real estate trust. Compass has long been a leader regionally; however, with the acquisition by PRO REIT, Compass has moved from a regional level to a national level real estate services provider.
