Compass engages reputable engineers, designers, general and specialized contractors, and is the direct link between these parties and the Tenant. Compass works to design and engineer a new space, produce and issue tender documents, award tenders and build or repair the leased premise while keeping the interests of the Landlord and Tenant as top priority.
