About Andrew Athanasiou

Andrew is the Project Manager at Compass and responsible for the coordination of both tenant leasehold and capital projects on our commercial properties. Using his wealth of experience in project management he works with tenants, designers and contractors to ensure each project has balanced the needs of all parties and is completed in an efficient and professional manner.

With excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills gained over more than twenty years of working in a variety of industries in Vancouver, Toronto, Halifax and Saint John he is adept at building working relationships and negotiating through the unexpected. Andrew honed his abilities while leading projects of all sizes in the fields of banking, insurance, bankruptcy, retail and construction.

A graduate of Acadia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Andrew has received his Certificate in Project Management from Dalhousie University. Prior to joining the Compass team in 2023 he held the positions of Business Manager at Henry’s, Account Manager at CKG Elevator and most recently Business Development Manager for Irving Equipment Limited.
