About Brittany Stephens, BComm (Hons), CMCP

Brittany joined Compass’ Ottawa office in early 2022 as Assistant Property Manager, advanced to Property Manager later in 2022, and is currently responsible for managing both the Ottawa and Winnipeg portfolios which comprise in excess of 1.25 million sq. ft. and more than 200 tenants. She also assists in governing the company’s Central & Western Canada ESG Initiatives.

Brittany’s commercial property management career began with Paradigm Properties Inc. in 2018. While in that position she supported the management of over 15 commercial properties in the Ottawa area for which she performed all aspects of property management, contract administration, and office coordination. Her background also includes over ten years of operational management in the hospitality industry.

Brittany graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Management from Carleton University in 2018 after also obtaining a Diploma in Hospitality Management (2010) and a Certificate in Event Management (2011) from Algonquin College. She is now a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) through BOMA/BOMI/CRECI.

Brittany lives in Kemptville, Ontario with her fiancé, enjoys following home décor and international food trends, and devotes much of her free time to entertaining her Aussiedoodle “Gerdy”.
