About Bryan Dyer

Bryan and his team are responsible for all property operations in the Ottawa region. Bryan oversees capital projects, major repairs, landlord/tenant work, etc. for the Ontario and Western Canada regions.

Bryan joined Compass in 2019 as Chief Building Operator prior to being promoted to Operations Manager in 2021 and Senior Operations Manager in 2023. Bryan is a licensed Electrician by trade, completing his apprenticeship and certification in 1998.
