Cory Richardson

Cory is a Senior Property Manager at Compass overseeing Compass’ residential property portfolio consisting of approximately 600 multi-family apartment units, as well as managing a portfolio of office and mixed-use properties in Halifax. Cory is responsible for the maintenance, day-to-day operations, and reporting for the portfolio.

Cory will be celebrating his 25th year with Compass and has strong skills in property management, commercial/industrial leasing, project management, capital projects, and brokerage transactions.

Cory is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nova Scotia.
