Niki Bayers

Niki is a Senior Property Manager at Compass and is responsible for the management of a mixed-use industrial portfolio in Burnside Industrial Park.

Prior to Compass, Niki was a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, Dream Unlimited, Sowerby & Co., and Summit REIT/ING Real Estate, and a Property Administrator at Oxford Properties. Niki has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has managed portfolios in excess of one-million square feet comprised of industrial, office, strip plaza, residential and mixed-use tenancies. She has been responsible for maintenance, day-to-day operations, and reporting, as well as tenant leasehold improvements, capital projects and industrial leasing.
