About Paul Hiscock

Paul has worked in commercial real estate since 1989 and has extensive experience in all aspects of property management. He joined Compass in 2007 after working with the Kimberly Lloyd Development (KLD) group of companies for 8 years. As a member of Compass’ senior management team, Paul provides resources and support to the accounting, administration, and property management functions at Compass.  Paul was most recently Compass’ Director of Property Management until transitioning into his new role in 2021.

Paul was General Manager at KLD and was responsible for the administration of 3rd party contracts for Clarke Transport’s real estate portfolio across Canada. For the P-3 school division, Scotia Learning Centres, Paul was responsible for all aspects of management of 14 P-3 school projects in N.B. and N.S. Prior to KLD, Paul held the position of General Manager with Greenwood Lane Property Management, since the company’s inception of the Property Management division until June 1999.

Paul obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a dual major in accounting and finance, from Saint Mary’s University in 1985. Paul brings a varied range of property management skills and expertise to Compass and prides himself on having a strong accounting background, a hands-on approach to property management and a desire to provide professional service to his clients and tenants.
